If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us at info@piccolofioreprints.com within 30 days of receiving delivery. We will do everything we can to make things right.

For a quick response, please include your order number in your message. The number can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order, or on the packing slip included with your delivery.

All items must be returned in original, saleable condition and securely packaged in the original packaging or poster tube. Unless we (Piccolo Fiore Prints) are at fault, please note that you (the customer) will be responsible for the return delivery cost.

Please note: custom-size prints are not eligible for return.

Printed and Shipped | Product Details

❀ Matte Paper - Printed on 200 gsm paper with a matte finish. This paper is lighter-weight than fine art paper but is optimised for artwork.

❀ Archival Fine Art Paper - Printed on 285 gsm fine art paper that is similar to traditional watercolour paper or etching paper. These prints have a soft textured finish and archival quality.

A Giclée Printing technique is used on all paper art prints for intense fade resistant colours that won't fade when regularly exposed to sunlight.

❀ Matte Stretched Canvas - This canvas has a depth of 0.75" (1.90cm) and is made from durable cotton and polyester composite and printed using high quality non-toxic latex inks with a protective matte coating for vibrant prints that last. The frame is made from eco-friendly pine from renewable forests. A rear sawtooth hook hanging is included, as well as two rubber dots at the bottom of the canvas to keep it in place. Due to the production process please allow for slight size deviations of +/- 1/8" (3.2mm).
