Refund policy

Our priority is that you are happy with your purchase, and we stand behind our 30-day money-back guarantee for physical products.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for digital products, custom-size prints, or other custom products.

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us at info@piccolofioreprints.com within 30 days of receiving delivery.  We will do everything we can to make things right.

To ensure a quick response, please include your order number in your message.  The number can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order or on the packing slip included with your delivery.

All items must be returned in original, saleable condition and securely packaged in the original packaging or poster tube.  Unless we (Piccolo Fiore Prints) are at fault, please note that you (the customer) will be responsible for the return delivery cost.
