HOME PRINTING: For the best home printing results use smooth card stock, fine art paper or a heavyweight matte photo paper.

Printing on quality matte paper will give your artwork a more authentic look and feel. For home printing you can find a variety of paper types at office supply stores.

Check your printer instructions first to ensure that it is able to fee through thicker paper or card, and make sure that you disable automatic colour correction in your print settings.

ONLINE PRINT SERVICES: If you are using an online print service, please follow their directions how to upload your images for printing. They usually offer a selection of papers to choose from, but try to choose fine art paper, heavyweight matte paper or card stock. They may also have the option to print on canvas which would work well.

If you are using a professional print service, please ask them NOT to apply colour correction.

Yes you can! Buy any art print or canvas from our store and we will refund the cost of the digital download to your method of payment. Please note, we are only able to issue a refund if the physical print is the same artwork or gallery wall set as the digital download. To speed up the refund please add a note (e.g. refund digital download) in the “order special instructions” box when competing the order of your physical print or canvas.

We provide a wide variety of sizes for each print but if you need an additional size that is not included, please send us a message at info@piccolofioreprints.com and we will be happy to create and send this digital file to you free of charge.

If you are using an online print service you can also resize the image yourself, as their software will have an option to edit and scale the image. Upload an image that is the closest size to the one you require, then adjust the position and scale as needed.

Please check that you downloaded your file correctly from Dropbox. If you right clicked or held and saved an image instead of doing a direct download or export of a document, it will only have saved a low resolution thumbnail which will be blurry and unsuitable for printing.

Our products are made to order, so shipping times vary according to your location, the item that you order, and where it is shipped from.  Please refer to the individual listings for further information on production and shipping times.

Digital download artwork is delivered instantly worldwide.  After checking out, just click on the download button that links to a PDF document with a Dropbox link to access all your files (you do not need a Dropbox account to access these files). 

You will also receive an email with a download link to your files.

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us at info@piccolofioreprints.com within 30 days of receiving delivery. We will do everything we can to make things right.

To ensure a quick response, please include your order number in your message.  The number can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order or on the packing slip included with your delivery.

All items must be returned in original, saleable condition and securely packaged in the original packaging or poster tube.  Unless we (Piccolo Fiore Prints) are at fault, please note that you (the customer) will be responsible for the return delivery cost.
